I would like to purchase a house in Jiyyd, somewhere small I dont want a big house just a small 1 bedroom house maybe even 2? With a persistent chest or two.

Currently, no Jiyyd area housing is being accepted. Maps need updating first. I will take a look at housing options at a future point.
