Dark Hammers is closed?

Just wanted to check…
Previously I've made good use of Dark Hammers, what with wanting to keep up with the latest designs on my sword and shield (read: Hideously frightening in appearance) and when I went to do so on the weekend, I found it was closed.
Is it going to be reopening at any point in the near future, or is there any other way I can get it done in game?

It was closed down because of bugs. I dont know when the bugs will be fixed.
