Hear ye, hear ye!
Lord Chancellor Dolvak would like to remind all citizens and guests of the Realm that the Graveyard bordering the old ruins is still quite closed, and any attempts to enter said graveyard will result in punishment, most likely imprisonment!
Should you have any official business in the graveyard, or questions, make an appointment to speak to His Lord Chancellor personally, for He and only He can offer passes into the, uh… graveyard.
((we cant place guards at the entrance because they will fight the rats, so please RP that there are at least 2 guards at the entrance at all times that will see anyone attempting to enter the graveyard.))

(( Please keep in mind, if you are a member of the town militia you -can- go into the graveyard -especially- if there is an obvious threat coming from that area. You can also enter if you get permission from the local authorities.
This is not an ooc ban of the graveyard by DMs. This is an IC action taken by PC's that make up the local authority in norwick. You will not be insta-click-killed for going in there … especially if it happens to be for an event >_>
