_A certain familiar chill has returned to the city of Oscura. A dangerous presence that seems to be watching from just out of eyesight. Its eyes bore into the back of unsuspecting necks. Its hot breath makes the skin turn to gooseflesh, and sometimes, you can almost catch a glimpse of it, somewhere near the Wells.
