Research at the Libraries of Peltarch

In an effort to find the bearer of the ring he discovered amongst the treasury of Sharn the White, Neal, student of Spellweaver Keep, has been completing research into the markings on the ring at the city library as well as at the bardic college. As research continues on the ring and more knowledge is found he continues his search.
Second, he has been completing research on the St. Clair family in an attempt to uncover some of its family's history.
He has also been completing various other readings related to the recent history surrounding Peltarch, mostly in preparation for his testing at the Keep.
