The Town Crier makes sure everyone hears the following:
Let it be known that Corde had previously dropped his position within the Tribunal. The Tribunal is in no way supporting his current endeavor within the walls of Norwick.

Dwin is told to send the Tribunal a letter detailing the nature of the meeting. Dwin will be notified if he will be allowed to meet with the Tribunal during one of their regular meetings.

Dwin Dolvak and his Advisor, Calendel, are seen entering Oscura and inquiring about the Tribunal, and where they might speak to them.
