Rumors heard throughout Oscura.

Corde frowns deeply at this and makes it a point to find Kull, or any other legionare, on thier apparent many travels to Oscura that give them the oppertunity to hear such rumors and to make Kull's message of cowardess so well known.
Over, and over again, the Legion have been told of the proper procedures to air greiveances with Oscura, or those withi nit. TIME, and time again, the Legion has insults…ignored...and completely spat upon the rights, rules, and traditions of our city. We here in Oscura have gone out of our way a number of times to work with the Legion when issue that regard members of our city have came up.
It is not the legions place, right, or ability to deter ANYONE from entering, or exiting our city. To do so could in some cases simply be seen as an act of war, as you are hindering our population and promoting an aura of terror about our citizenship.
Since you're messangers seem to relay information so well, relay this. Tell Grag that this is the final time that his group will insult us while some of us here go out of thier way to accomadate the general at times. If such happens again, do not expect any aid or understanding to be shown. Perform such a foolish, ignorant, and arrogant act again…and I promise you, simple death like the gnome delivered will be sweet.

A few of the guards reiterate that blocking the gnome's way out would be considered a threatening move, and one who was there also states that the gnome seemed to be cooperating until that point.

Such rumors have come to KULL´s ears. When asked if these rumors have anytruth, KULL nods and confirms the Facts.
He also starts telling to those who might be around him when he is confirming such rumors, that the ones who drew first blood where the Gnomes that have iniciated their cowardly attack just out side Jyyi´d gate and such attack was not provoked by non of the ones gathered out side jyyid, he also says that the gnomes wear black and purple colors in their armors and/or robes, and he prooves his statments by showing one of the armors taken from a fallen dark Gnome. (//he has one of their armors)When asked about what bussiness had the legion goin till Oscura, KULL answers that after the (//and kull says it again) Cowardly attack by the dark gnomes in plain day light, one or two of these Gnomes excaped and ran all the way till Oscura gates to hide them selfs there.
After few other dark gnomes attacked the legion right in front of that long bottomless bridge, this Strange looking Gnome showed up and asked the legion about what were they doing there, KULL also confirms that this Gnome did indeed sayd to the legion to dont come any closer to him..
KULL also makes sure to make everyone understand clearly that this gnome was in no way assaulted, insulted, threatned, forced to da anything against his will, attacked, not even touched by ANY of the legion members. His only way out, wich was the gate of Oscura, was simply shut close to prevent any possible excape from this Gnome or any other attack from the dark Gnomes.
Kull also says that the legion intent was not to attack the Gnome or hurt him, but mearly to enquire about these dark gnomes and the reason why they have started to attack Jyyid citizens.
in a final word to finish his side of the story, KULL honestly says to those around him that this gnome has over reated, and made a precipatated reaction.

If asked, the guards at their posts at the time will say that the halforc Legionaire was warned but decided to try blocking the gnome's way anyway. They chuckle about how easily he fell to the gnome's spell, the gnome being one quarter the halforc's size.

A battle is reported having taken place just outside the gates of Oscura, between some unknown gnomes and a group of Legion members, the latter later joined by a few Black Sails. Though victorious in battle, one of the Legion dropped dead on the spot right at the gates, after confronting a gnome mage. The Black Sails entered the city afterwards, while the Legion returned to Jiyyd to raise the fallen.

A Helmite watcher has been seen poking his head in some of the tunnels outside the West Gate, On his return from one such occasion he stopped and spoke with Tommy and Drorry asking them if they know anything of a mysterious little girl and also asked where their families were

A helmed man with torch is seen looking poking around in the under dark looking for some gnome. Later on he goes to speak to Rob handing him a message

_A small group of Sails went into the caves, they and a knight in shining armor mention a rather strong activity of the kuo toa there. The reason for that seem entirely in the dark.
Later a similar group of Sails is seen chatting with an almost paranoid man in the inn. For those observing more closely it seems the man was mostly interested in the sole female member of that group.
Again a while later, spiders drop from the ceiling of the cave, and that group of Sails is seen fleeing the city, fighting a path through the spiders, leaving a trail of corpses behind._

The last couple of days, Ezachiel has hardly been seen in Oscura, and when he was, he did not wear any Banite symbols or vestments.

Rumour has it that a dead quaggoth was found in the middle of the road leading south from Peltarch, a bit southeast of Oscura…it looked like it had in a fight, covered in burns and cutting wounds.

The Inquisitor is seen leading a small group of men, clad in Norwick guard armor, into Oscura. With them is a small cart, with what appears to be someone's belongings, and a man, that some may recognized as the former Chancellor of Norwick, him bound and gagged. Needless to say, the sight raised a few eyebrows as she made her way to her house below the city.

Rumor has it a man in dark leathers went to the west gates and shortly after sounds of spells and cries of pain could be heard. Later the same dark leathered man could be seen being escorted by one of the guards muttering somthing and badly wounded

A group of sails entered Oscura, carrying two corpses of their own with them, one of their fallen was quickly restored to life, even as a rather large group of sails assembled in the docks. They later left in smaller groups, a few even in an almost good mood. They later returned to bring a huge number of white pelts to Father Dagon. Whether it was a quest required of them so he would return their second fallen companion or payment for a partiuclarly difficult healing or just a simple mission only those delivering would know.

In recent days, a few new faces are seen coming into Oscura. A good majority of them ask for the Temple of Bane and imediately head in that direction when told, while others ask about joining the Oscuran Guard. Who these people are, no one is sure of yet, but their coming coincides with Peltarch's new law that banned all Banites from the city.

A dark chortle is heard from Corde at the mention of ZarZar's removal. On mention of Vincents possible interest he shakes his head slightly, offering some prayers of protection for the city by his goddess

With news of the recent removal of ZarZartootin from the tribunal, vincent has been seen roaming the streets more and more, listening to rumors spoken by the people… it appears he's interested in filling the empty chair.

Word spreads that ZarZartootin has been voted off the Tribunal and that openings may be available. The word is ZarZar took the news rather harshly and almost left the messanger to die.

Paladins have been seen frequenting oscura more and more recently… some are seen going "hunting" in the mines and caves...
one man noted as vincent could be heard commenting, "they come here, piss off the inhabitants of the caves then leave for us to deal with them. Disgraceful beings, talking about how we should be damned in this city of caverns and yet they still come here to make money off death and theft."

Rumor has it there was a bit of a commotion in one of the upstairs rooms of the inn. Whether it was about a wrongly assigned room, a burnt down door, lots of rats, or some pirate orgy is difficult to tell.
