    Oscur Dion was born on the Icelake on one of the Noble house Dion's yachts. He entered the world a Peltarch noble, and woulld never know the hardships of common life. Sandra Dion, his mother, wanted to be away from the world as she gave birth for her second time. In the three weeks she and Escher Dion had taken off to sea, Sandra had fallen even more in love with her husband Escher. After two weeks at sea Oscur was born and a beaming Escher, tired Sandra, and newborn son made sail for their port of home. The city of Peltarch, where Oscur would call home for the rest of his life was only few days sail away. Oscur came into his family as the youngest child, two years younger to his sister Elizabeth. But Oscur's birth was followed two years later by his little brother's. The youngest Dion, Marcus, is not talked of by the family. Marcus passed away while sailing with his brother shortly after his tenth birth day party. His death is a great pain for the family, The Dion family speaks of it as little as possible.

    Oscur Spent much of his childhood sticking up for his little brother and defending the honor of his older sister. He was always the most outspoken of his siblings, and had a natural charm to him. Oscur grew up as the house champion, excelling at everything he tried, as well as being rather smart for his age. Oscur had the charm that most men have fantasies over, and he seemed to always know how to use it. He had quiet a fan club of girls following him before he even left his primary school.

    Alot has changed Oscur after his brother's death, and having to look out for his free-spirited sister causes him even more troubles. Oscur has just left the Peltarch Academy, and because of his dropping out has decided to go against his family's traditions and forsake joining the City guard. He goes now to a life of politics and secrets. Oscur aspires to be the newest politician from the Noble house Dion to enter Peltarch's ruling class.
