Seeking a place for refuge for the people of Orhmpur

_Zoma inquires the individuals who oversees the Silver Valley if the Valley is able to care for a series of families from Orhmpur seeking refuge in the Valley temporarily.
It is known that Orhmpur is currently facing difficult time and some of the families wishes to seek refuge elsewhere outside of their town. Jiyyd would be their first check point for rest, before eventually being escorted to their final place of sanctuary, which would be the Temple in Peltarch._

_Having heard that Dwin has been looking for Zoma and has solution to offer in aiding the displaced people of Ormpur, the one eyed man sought for the dwarf and even left a note in the Silver Valley specifically for Dwin with a written address.
Following that, Zoma thanked Theaon and the Silver Valley for being kind enough to accept the refugees that will arrive in Jiyyd once the place is ready._
"….I believe Ormpur will be grateful for the hopsitality from the Silver Valley. I wish to request... that if the Silver Valley could prepare an empty land and tents with each large enough to support a small family, as well as warm blankets and food on to welcome their arrival? The date has not been set yet, thus I shall inform the Silver Valley beforehand when its time.
Also, will you tell Dwin that I am seeking for him as well? You have our thanks....for the troubles."

Theaon finds Zoma
"My kin in the Silver Valley would be happy to provide help for the Ormpur refugees before their trip to Peltarch. We have a nice resturant in the Valley that can feed them, although the adults may have to duck their heads down to fit in. Our shop has clothing that can be provided for any children that need it as well."
