A group of Samaritarians, a mission to Orhmpur

_A mixed group of people, some from notable guilds, while others simply common people, shares the same goal in their journey to the disaster ridden Orhmpur.
They gathered as much supplies of food, blankets, oil and medicines as they could carry from the markets in Jiyyd and journey their way to the reclusive town to the East.
What is not known to many is that Orhmpur is currently in a crisis. The weather there went from warm to bitter cold, the crops in their farming field died from the winter, their herds robbed by the raiding groups of Frost giants. The Orhmpurians are currently facing starvation, sick and ill from the bitter cold. The Helmites stationed in the Orhmpur are unable to keep the town safe due to most fo their forces stationed in Jiyyd, preparaing the town's defences. With their numbers thinned, the frost giants easily razed Orhmpur for both food and vengeance for the past attacks.
However, there are groups of people and guilds seen to be busy preparing aide for the Orhmpurians, mainly in sending large amount of supplies that will make a significant difference, providing escort for families who wish to seek refuge elsewhere outside of Orhmpur and finally, offering additional swords and arms in strengthening the town's security against the giants.
How will Orhmpur end up? Time will tell if the efforts of the Samaritarians will make a difference._

A one eye swordsman known as Zoma, a member of the Guardians was recently seen in Ormpur, speaking to the town's mayor regarding of a proposal offered by the Unions for the efforts in rebuilding their town.
"….And so, they agreed to assist in rebuilding your town in exchange for... a small parcel of land to build a branch of their Union's building there for the purpose of establishing a crafting facility.
I believe the offer will prove beneficial to your town in the...long run. They will assist in rebuilding your town for no charge, and their presence will create a new market economy in your town which will benefit everyone. Furthermore, Ormpur's security will be much more secured since I believe, the Unions will be interested in keeping one of their important... assets, and economy safe from harm afterall.
The other good news is we have finish writing up the process of the evacuation plan for those.....who wish to seek refuge elsewhere from Ormpur. The temple of Tyr in Peltarch has gladly accept to provide you sanctuary until the situation in Ormpur is resolved.
As soon as the caravans are ready, the supplies gathered and the sufficient manpower, we will immediately begin the procedure.
