Genzir delivers a letter to various council-members

To the Members of the Jiyyd Council:
I have yet to hear about any council meeting being called regarding the orcish threat. Events are happening quickly and we need to take action. I suggest that we discuss the cost and feasibility of better fortifications, and if Dwin or any other councilmembers who know something about this would like to offer their opinions on the matter, I'd like to hear them. We need a coherent policy on the orcs and we need it now.
Consider this an official request, on my part, for a meeting. If it is formally required that a councilmember be the one to call or request a meeting, then I will have our envoy, Elridith, submit such a request immediately.
