Seems the hobgoblins grow bolder, having attacked and destroyed the guard outpost on Sam's Hill, and now routinely attack within the South Pass.
Travelers are urged to caution, and to not travel alone for any reason.

Guardsman Kalith is seen stationing himself on Norwick Hill providing healing and protections for the guards.

Dwin doubles the guard on Norwick Hill and asks that some of the new Norwick Scouts
be stationed in the South pass.

A makeshift camp of the Sisterhood has sprung up between the bridge and the Peltarch memorial. The Sisters offer shelter and food to travellers passing by and seem only fight the hobgoblins if attacked first.

Ramona Amoslin can be seen protecting the memorial of peltarch from time to time. As well as cleaning up around sam's on her way to the statue or jiyyd.
