Council Convenes

_Word spreads that the full Council of the Commonwealth will convene in Jiyyd.
The main topics at hand will be the current situation regarding the Orcs,
explanation of the latest changes regarding the town watch, and a non descript issue concerning Norwick._(( Council will convene in Jiyyd Saturday evening at 12.30 AM EST. ))

On second thought, I am going throw this here and on the new Jiyyd Council forums, instead of acting this out IC.
It seems to me like the perfect start for more PC involvement regarding the how's and why's of Jiyyd's administration.
