Letters on the prison door

  • Yet another note in town. This one mysteriously appeared on the prison door. At first glance it could be interpreted as elvish, but by looking a little closer it is easy enough to tell that it is simply the style creating a misconception and that it is actually written in common.

"It has been long enough. You have unfairly held a citizen and long time server of this very city in your jail for far too long. Gonnar Domne sits in these cells, alone, and without trail. You have had long enough to give him one, but you have neglected it. You have left him to rot. I will not allow you to forget that he is there, to forget to give him a trial date, or to forget to give him what he deserves. We have all waited long enough. So it is time to do your jobs."
