    Dear Captain, im sorry to report to you the following situation, but i feel and know that it is my duty to warn you of the trouble headed your way. A man by the name of Zar, has escaped his cell, our prison, and out territories in the last few days. By the time we found a tracker capable of trailing him it only led us to the docks. waht we learned there is what involves you into this situation. A hooded man fitting his discription is said to have 'took the place' of another passanger. It was a skechy situation explain the man helping us but he had all the information her needed to replace the woman. it wasn't for two weeks that we found the body of Mary Sniders, hidden amoung the rotten ropes of the fishermen. I'm sorry captain, i wish i had more to tell you besides the fact that the ship was sailing to Peltarch. His escape is still under investigation and when we find out more about it we'll write you again. May Torm protect your city.

    Dear captain, furthur reports have comfired that this inmate has made sail to your fair city. He from the port of Alaghon in Turmish, it is quite surprizing that he got their in only one weeks time roughly from our prison in Ormath. The docks say the ship left only three weeks ago, so he had 8 days of travel to get there. This Inmate seems to be rather resourceful if he is able to cover this much ground in such little time. Expecially because he is a hin. This hin is alittle taller then average but not noticably. I have got a few records on him so far and have asked the other prisons he was shipped from to sent all they have. All that we know is what he was currently being held for: 12 counts of murder in cold blood, and 4 in self defense. This hin has a record that trails back further then i've been able to follow so far. Again i will send you all the information you desire as we feel responcible for this catastrophy that has come upon you.
