Young girl found dead near the Kelemvor Temple

_The young woman was found in the fountain behind the shrine to Kelemvor. Her head was carefully placed inside the nozzle of the fountain, and upon removal it was discovered that her face was completely gone.
Along the back wall a cryptic message was scrawled,
"You will pay in thier blood"_

The body is black with decay, and it appears that this corspe is several years old. Who knows what sick deeds her murderer performed on her.
