Oscura Carnival

this is an OOC post proposing the possibility of staging some sort of Dark Carnival, perhaps were we can have some wizard duelling(with bets), fighter competition(once agin with bets)
some unique merchants brought in, alchemy, slavers, magical trinkets and some weapons and armor perhaps.
anyone else with any other ideas feel free to post in reply with your thoughts
just thinking maybe we can do some of the thigns other cities have been doing in hopes of bringing our citizens all together even if its only for one night or so

unfortunatly im no longer a citizen of Oscura so perhaps someone else would want to pick up on the idea and run with it
