Cave Entrance CLOSED

Dwin can be seen instructing 3 Militiamen as they board up the entrance to the cave that is nearest the south gate.
I went spelunkin' in there and it aint safe… the timbers holdin up that cave are older than me and weaker than a drunk hin. I expect that cave to collapse any day now, so I dont want anyun snoopin around in there. Tis a safety hazard.
a sign is finally placed on the boarded-up entrance that reads "NO ENTRY - VIOLATORS WILL BE JAILED"

Someone is a bit… paranoid? Why he cares about a lonely cave in our town is beyond me. Maybe he's writin' a song about it!
