Surtan wakes up in the communual tree happy to get another good nights rest. Remembering that not too long ago he was sleeping in a tree and sometimes waking to a spider trying to have him for breakfast. A smile spreads across his face as he approaches the new smithy and he prays to the shrine to Gond in thanks for everything that has been brought back into his life. He pulls on his gloves, grabs his hammer and starts to work at the new anvil.

Great job on getting the camp back together, I even spawned back into the tree with my original "oath papers".
