The Far Scouts seek the best of the best for defending this great city from those who threaten it. If you are endowed with a sharp mind as well as the skill to fight the enemies of the city, apply for trial with Lieutenant Azrael Galuisen. His office is in the Dock's District Guardhouse. Far Scout trials begin in 2 days. If you wish to be considered, make it known at the guardhouse and be prepared. You will have one chance to prove your worth.
((trials start May 10th. I will be logged into IRC and you can find me there for your trial. I will leave it open for 3 or 4 days and then trials will end.))

Base pay is 65 gold per week. More available based on experience.
Trials will begin in three weeks time.

((65 gold per week is 3x the base pay for a trained soldier as per the Forgotten Realms source books. This would be viewed as a damned good pay rate. Send me a PM if you are interested in a trial.))

First week of trials have been completed and more positions are available to those who are qualified. The next set of trials will begin in a months time.
((I do not intend to play til after Dec 29th. I'll resume recruiting then.
Still waiting to hear more from Elmo Bullcrackle, White Lotus, Loki, and Mara.))

An slender, appearantly seasoned woman presents her candidature for the far scouts. Oddly enough, she seems to have been living in Peltarch about one year, although she is completely unknown. So many people in so big city…

((Sorry this was put off til now. Between the many server outages due to hurricanes and then my vacation to Australia this has been OOC put back til now. I will hold trials during the next couple weeks if anyone is still interested.))

A strapping young lad notices the note and quickly asks the next commoner he sees about the location of the guardhouse. After speding his last coins on some ink, a quill pen and some parchment he scribbles a note expressing his interest in joining the Far Scouts and leaves it to the guard on duty. The note is signed Elmo Bullcrackle.

she spots the note and finds herself cackling
"Aye.. but don't try tha agree on a time, tha arse 'as stood me up twice in a row now. 'e is an odd twisted bastarad, always strokin' 'is rod, and runnin' when seenin' naked women flesh. Meh.. maybe 'e liked tha boys."
she looks at the note and lets out a shrug and a grunt before writing up a notice to be given to the guards
The note says:
"To Azrael.
Maybe.
Signed Gildor."
