Cold blue eyes peer from beneath her hood, studying the man and all who sign the petition carefully.

Excuse me Templar, but what part of the oath is this fellow breaking? All he wants is to have those that have caused grief in this cityand its citizens to be banned. I see no breaking of the oath. I will sign the petition.

Moving from the areas near the temple that was built by his hand, the Templar moves up towards the man with his strange dark robes billowing around him. His masked face turns to the man, jet black eyes looking into him
If you have evidence of any death of citizens caused by these men or any counts of illegal entry submit them to myself. If you are simply stirring the pot for your own intentions and bring troulbe to this city I promise you no petition will help your breaking of the oath.

Allanon suddenly steps out of the shadows where he had apparently been standing by the Shiney Coppers and Listening the entire time, and walks up to the desk, as the common folk of Oscura part out of fear of the Dark Armored man. He leans over the table and looks over the Petition for a moment as all around him is silent, then slowly takes the quill, dipping it in the Inkwell, and signs the bottom of the Petition. Afterwards he walks off dissappearing once more into the shadows.

Li listens to Nickolai and for once agrees with him.
She gladly walks up, gives him a smile, and gingerly signs the petition.

Shemaright watches the banite talking, her obsidian eyes fixed on him. Her full, deep red lips turn into thin smile as she listens to the cowardly words of the banite.
"Let there be death"
She sips some blood from an ornate, silvery goblet, then turns around and walks off to find some bandits to torture. The petition is left unsigned by her, and soon distant, pathetic and pleading cries of a bandit can be heard from the caverns outside the city, as she slowly removes the flesh from a living bandit. Piece by piece.

A man in a chain armor and wearing his trademark obsidian helmet, listens quietly to the speech, and afterwards moves up to silently place an intricate symbol on the petition
