_Captain Deacon Sterr has yet again been seen frequenting the Inn's, and gambling houses of Ill repute in the dock area of the city, although also in the common area. More often than not accompanyed by one of his men, clearly showing the colors black and gold. His reasons, he wishes to know more information on the murder of the Defender Captain Reshor, down the docks.
And is willing to pay.. a sum of 500 gold, is yours when you privide him usefull information._

Rumors abound as to who did it.
Some say the blood spiders did him in because he didn't represent the type of Peltarch they want… others blame the Wavebreakers saying they are desperate to win all 3 seats and couldn't beat Reshor.
The only real facts are that a single man was spotted briefly inside the home by a group of citizens that answered the maid's call for help. It is assumed he jumped out the window and into the lake to escape capture.

Cray Vincint has been seen in Peltarch of late asking people about Reshor. Taking some people off to a private spot or corner and making many inquiries.

Drelan has been sighted in the city wearing bandages around his neck, any discussion with him, shows his view of whoever did the murdering isn't a very good one.
"I've been away too long." Is all the other reply he gives about it on occaision , and its noticed that he spends a lot more time in Peltarch than usual.
