    THe following is posted on the town gates, noticeboards and sent to be posted and cryered in NOrwick and Peltarch.

    "BE it hereby know that the person known as Chaevre "Vaelen. Current head of spellwearver keep, is hereby Banned from the town of Jiyyd and its surrounding area for the following.
    Preaching NEcromancy within the confines of the town of Jiyyd.
    For bringing shadows in to the town of Jiyyd.
    For refusing to accept the laws of Jiyyd.

    Breaking of this banning is punishable by death."
