A Battle Story Near the Well ~ Treaty broken

Tala recounts the story of a battle in Norwick and warns that the bandits treaty with norwick appears to be broken. Jiyyd's may soon follow.
Tala Arniman a former citizen of norwick who has not been seen withing the walls in almost 5 years was spotted. Reportedly she came charging into town from the south woods upon hearing screams of an attack at the north gate. Seen to have run through town straight into a bandit attack she and her fellow Phoenix friends(khaya, ginger, arandor and tala of the phoenix), lof and fung were all badly beaten.
A half orc fighter or monk, it was unclear, named fung had spread word of the attack after Arandor and he were set upon by many officers at the North gate. The guards were quickly killed by approaching hordes of decked out clerics, sneaks and nasty sneaking officer women types.
The blood ran high in the town of Norwick with even Frago being badly beaten by Atol and his minions. The Order of the Shining Phoenix in their horrificly bright armor repelled the advancing hordes with the help of the wolf, bowyer, and former militia memeber of norwick lof (dark hooded elf) and the half orc Fung as well as some of the town and what guards could be pressed into service without depleting the south gate for fear of a two pronged attack. ((read: some NPC's got involved on auto trigger)). Mecc might very well have relished in all the blood and gore that splattered the snow that day as much of it the defenders as the attackers.
Atol then waltzed into town throwing insults and in general just beating those that had defeated his hordes. He seemed to sneer at his dead people and was reported to have called them weak and deserving of their fates. Then in a show of arrogant power he attacked the defenders at random till they bled out from fresh series of wounds from his blades.
The core group of defenders followed Atol as he casually strolled around the town looking for something. He was questioned on what he was looking for but refused to answer. At one point in a fit of annoyance as the leather bound red head had gotten too close to him he tried to beat her senseless in front of the friars old home. Such a brave man using his sharp blades against leather.
Shortly after this finally beating with a few more sneers, jeers and miscellaneous taunts the man spoke of the treaty and making sure to keep the peace with the bandits. Everyone present informed him that they doubted very much that the treaty would hold after his recent blood bath.
Maybe the blood bath was a gift for the malarite scum tala was rumor to hypothosized. If in fact the treaty holds that can be the only answer in her mind.

Mathius hears of the broken treaty all the way in Peltarch, redresses his wounds, changes his bowstring and checks his fletchings. He is seen asking a few passersby if they have seen any of the Wolves, and walks south looking for their course of action.

Hearing the words of such a huge event flittering up through the nars, Zyphlin shakes his head and remarks with heavy eyes looking south
So it begins, they will bring its destruction…
