Lightning strikes twice! Run for cover!

Word is spreading that it is unsafe to be outside in the rain in or arround Jiyyd. Unnatural forces seem to be at work where lightning strikes the same spot more than once. One particular bolt struck down Watchman Dorlan. And not moments before that a group of adventurers were attacked by strange Air Elements just outside Jiyyd on the near east road. One such Element criptically muttered "Jiyyd."
The Adventurers joaked about the cryptic message before the elemental departed but, the townspeople seem to think that once again Jiyyd is underseige by the crule elements like the fire that continually attacked its crops.
