Elemental Imbalance! War with the Elemental Planes!

A small party of travellers went out to investigate strange lights to the south of Jiyyd. On their return many are confused by tales of distant mages, priests of the gods and huge fire elementals reducing angry orcs to ashes.
People said to have witnessed the oddness include Nico Black, Chaevre' Vaelen, Meril, Yarchum Ammathwood, Aelthas the priest of Corellon, Keira, Alba the young wizardess, the Krown brothers and a few others ((PM me and I'll edit you in)).
It seems that something is disturbing the balance by channeling the power of the elemental planes into this one. The odd mages who claim to be custodians of the planes threaten more vigorous response if those responsible are not stopped. The Huge fireballs and earthquakes they demonstrated on the planes should make any normal person quake in terror.
A light shower of rain on the Near East Road may or may not have been the action of the custodian of Water… Not as damaging as the earthquakes, but still causing unpleasant dampening of exposed clothing.

Belade states the possibility that maybe Cera's daughter has something to do with this, seeing how she is able to open portals to the other planes at will.

A similar attack of earth elementals took place, their crystalline nature casuing fingers to point at Crystal nutters though those who eventually destroyed them seem to have been mostly Collective members in the end.
