A man in the livery of the town militia steps out into the square and shouts through the wind.
**The town of Norwick is calling on freeswords and warriors with good intent to go to the aid of the romani camp! Ferocious and cruel humanoids assail their gates and their defenses are strained!Sharpen your blades and gather your comrades. When you are ready, see the chancellor, Lord Mecc of the Huntmaster, for pay and provisioning!**
Those that inquire with the chancellor are informed that they will be provided food (3 provisions, replacements if you bought your own) for the journey and will be paid a bounty on the heads of gnolls slain.

This will be a commission job. Reply to this thread if you meet the chancellor and agree to the terms. See Mecc IG to receive your provisions, or to return with proof for bounty. For the purposes of proof, since heads and the like do not automatically spawn, you will have to bring their weapons back.
Aside: if you intend to cheat the bounty IC, inform me and we'll work something out. Don't cheat OOC.

Some few warriors gathered and went north, bows and swords readied to slay the gnollish clans.
…but they were turned away. Upon their return they learned that the call for bounty on the humanoids had been revoked.
The chancellor paid each a sum of coin and provisions nonetheless and the matter was called moot.
