Ravens caw, beach shells breaking in the waves.
Needles and pins in the cold, cold glow.
Drifting along cliffs with the approaching snow.
Oh how I hope it settles soon.Ghostly blue imagines twist away at the dawn.
Twinkles of frost shimmer in the coming storm.
Dancing flakes flash by like wraiths.
I lay helpless, seeking the northern lights.

The peaceful meetings with my heart have made me more alive.My unions with the wise old gods on the hills where I dream.
I ask more than first meanings, looking far past what they may seem.Soon I pray to be as they proclaim, in a new way of living.
