Lence Arnimannes, Ranger of Norwick and Cartographer

Lence Arnimannes showed up in Norwick one day years ago, and decided to stay. Son of a human father and a half moon/half drow mother, his skin is light as is his hair. He may have been baby-faced when he first came to Norwick, but his visage bears the scars of many a battle, both won and lost. Most prominent is a scar that starts over his right eyebrow and ends on his cheek. His armor has varied over time, even wearing a suit of full plate for a time, but settling on a nice suit of chainmail that meets his needs. No matter what the armor tho, Lence has always made green an integral part of it.
He came to the small village of Norwick seeking to find a connection with his elvish heritage, taking on the duties of an unaffiliated ranger, patrolling the nearby Rawlinswood for those creatures that would seek to attack his new home. He started out as a scout, fighting alongside adventurers like Gnarl Horst and his brethren, scouring the Rawlins for goblins and their ilk. He attacked the goblins with such vigor that he gained a reputation as the "Butcher Ranger of Norwick". A reputation that put the town at risk over time, and for which Lence paid the price. Now, having realized his drive to exterminate goblin family bloodlines brought vengeance against Norwick, he spends time paying penance in the Temple of Chauntea in town when not out patrolling or mapping.
Lence's other passion is in mapping the Nars. As a cartographer, he has gone to many a place in Narfell to map it out. But there is so much more to explore, so every now and then he ends up... in places he probably shouldn't have. As always, the outcome is better when he has his friends along.
