S.O.S. Insignias and Pamphlets Found

  • [In every district, many insignias on tattered cloth are found bearing a black and red symbol of a circle, punctured by a smaller red circle. The insignias are wearable by any who dare don them.]

[Fastened to the insignias by way of punctured cloth are pamphlets, which read as follows.]

    Peltarchian Souls,

For ten years, we have suffered the rule of a tyrant and his so-called royal family. A family thanks to whom our homes are invaded by fiends, while our military fights against itself instead of for us. Thanks to whom our crops have been sent to greedy foreigners by royal order, while our children and elders starve. Thanks to whom we have had to kneel to a throne, beg for the dole, and suffer their luxury.

On this, the eve of his demise, know the truth: his time is at an end, and ours is to come. Wait for the call.

High Harvestmistress Anna Blake makes it clear that she will not let anyone starve. She also makes it clear to other private organizations outside her barony that she herself would be willing to use blessings needed to keep people fed and supplied of clean food and water when needed. Understanding the people's frustrations, and perhaps not able to do enough, she encourages all clerics of the light house temple powerful enough to use such blessings to do the same.

It is common knowledge though that she is fond of king George and was a former military member herself, and in that light, she still makes it vehemently clear that despite loyalties she may share to both, there is no need for alarm and she will put the needs of the common people ahead of everything else.
