Aiding the Refugees

While the old refugee camp has been converted into a military one instead, Roslyn continues her visits to it. It seems she's begun training more shadow archers from among the recruits defending the cliff side.
In addition, word has it that she's delivered plans for a spike-throwing siege engine of Orcish design, etched onto a slab of stone.

Following a rather harrowing sequence of events, Roslyn Underhill turned up back at the camp again with a large shipment of food and libations for the refugees.
She did not, however, appear to be in a celebratory mood as she returned to her tent.

A while ago, a shipment of ores arrived on behalf of Roslyn Underhill to the camp. Thereafter, another, rather large shipment of swords, and other metal weaponry arrived to the camp on behalf of Ginger B Tealeaf.
Drem Janger approaches Roslyn and Ginger during their next visit to the camp with a grin and some pep in her step. "Hey there! We've just received your latest shipments. Thanks a LOT! This should be enough to cover what we need for now. I'm being told that we actually have more than we need, so I'd like to express my gratitude. You should come back in a few days."

Alvi and Z are sen having a conversation about what refugees needs the the need for a compromise…. the pair seemed to decide to overcome their business needs and work together to form a group that will search for the silver and other ore needed...

Ros has made another small delivery of food to the refugees, while making some offhand remarks to Drem about the trips she's taken with Z and Ginger, among others, to gather the metals needed for the camp's defenders.

_Roslyn has been seen meeting with Ginger and Drem several times of late, apparently regarding a request for ore, armor, and weapons for the Silver Dragoons.
Likely related to this, the two have been seen traveling in several large and heavily armed groups, leaving with their usual gear and returning with carts and crates full of freshly-mined ore.
It seems the hin are preparing to shore up their defenses!_

_Every so often when time allows, Narfell's first ever dire hin arrives with a delivery of fresh, assorted foods, contributing what he can to ensure no refugee goes hungry.
Upon request of the camp's very own Roslyn Underhill and Ginger Tealeaf, Arty spends some of his visits assisting in the logging movement, ranging from magically enhancing the workers' strength to ease their toils, to polymorphing into a massive bug to extract entire trees at a time. Of course, he gives fair warning to all the nearby guards to please, please not shoot or stab the insectoid._

True to her word, Ros shows up a few days later bearing a large amount of food for the camp, enough to hopefully mitigate the increased population!

Some days after a large group was seen passing the long road aboard Sticks's boat, they returned with a large group of hin as well as a few gnomes, who were all dropped off at the ferry post and led up to the refugee camp. According to Ros Underhill's account, these folk were slaves being forced to mine resources by the gnomish mage Gazuendheit, and the group managed to rescue them from their confines!
Ros promises to bring plenty of food on her next trip that way, knowing that the extra mouths to feed puts a strain on the camp's resources.

Ros Underhill, Leena Rayfe, and Artemis made a trek to the refugee camp a few days ago, bearing a positively obscene amount of general supplies for the refugees. They deposited roughly four times the amount of food in one trip that Ros usually brings down, leaving those living at the camp with ample supplies for the coming tendays!

Ginger Tealeaf is seen at the camp dropping off another load of foodstuffs. She stays visits and camps a while with her people before riding back into the Nars Pass on her sure-footed pony, Sugarfoot.

Another large donation of food is made by Ros Underhill and Ginger Tealeaf. The two are said to have both arrived at the camp carrying large, heavily-stuffed packs of food, before moving on to attempt to scout some nearby woods for suitable building materials to aid in the town's ongoing construction.

Alvi is seen dropping off yet another huge bag of freshly smoked meats for the refugees. She also drops off several proper sized winter wolf boots (seven actually and trashed at the legion Hall). She also drops off several large loads of maple wood for the workers who she applauds and offers ale and a brief respite from their tireless work.

Alvi is seen dropping off more freshly smoked meats, fish and fowl as well as some trinkets for the hinnish gem-setters to fiddle with.
"Might as well shine those pretties up and make a few coin for yourselves," she laughs with the jewelers. "You might as well start to fund some projects yourselves and thiis is a good way to get some coins built up."

_Word is that Roslyn Underhill has returned from another scouting trip deep into the hinterlands south of Norwick, where she searched for building materials that could be useful to the construction of the new Silver Valley.
A few days of resting sore limbs and a stiff back later, and she's back to her old self, eagerly setting off on new adventures!_

Ginger is seen dropping off several bundles of cooked, seasoned cuts of meat for the refugees. She also spends her time clearing part of the forest with the woodcutters.

Having gotten a large load of cherry wood from the i-kid-you-not Lost City with Ginger and Ros and El that Ginger said was going to be used at the camp, Leena shows up again and blesses crops, heals the sick and wounded by magic as well as a great deal of mundane skill, and generally helps out where she can.

Atel has been seen around the refugee camp much lately doing what she does best. Not being that good of a hunter, she has been healing sore muscles for the working men, playing with the children, and playing her flute for the enjoyment of any who would listen. Occasionally, she’ll pick up an axe herself and help the men clear the forest.

Ros Underhill has left word with Drem Janger that she will be in the field for several tendays scouting for any sources of building materials, or other resources that may aid the refugees. While she anticipates no undue danger, she does request that a scouting party be sent into the Rawlins after her if she has not returned within a month.

Sergeant Alvi can be seen dropping off more then four boxes worth of rations, fresh meat and fish for the refugees.
