New Citizen of Peltarch

Recently, Norwick militiaman Charles Smithson was granted full citizenship of Peltarch. He currently remains sleeping at the Dancing Mermaid or at the Norwick Barracks. He asks around to other citizen about finding a decent apartment around the city, as he is tired of living out of the inn.
