Tents set up at the list

*With a band of helpers, Senator Leaffall sets up a number of black and red tents on the grounds that once hosted jousting tournaments. The spectator stands are also disassembled to make more room and to construct shelters. Marty is keeping a low profile however, most of her directions being given discretely. *

Apparantly living right nextdoors to the Lists are four children, all blonde of but for the youngest, Zoma, who has an unruly mop of silvery white hair and striking, mismatched eyes in deep blue and emerald green. The eldest, called Jonni, often rouses the other children in the camp for games, enthusiastically joined - or opposed - by his happy hellraiser sister Siri. Identical in looks to the latter, but always much cleaner, is Nica, a shy but sweet girl who often shares food or sweets from the family's household. All four seem eager to explore the little tent city, joined at times by an odd menagerie of pets and their watchful parents, Lycka and Aelthas.

Cecil, after the blowing up of the orcs paths to Peltarch, and their caves, spends a lot of time in the refugee camps, eating with them, and sleeping amongst them there, or in the lighthouse, or in the college, alternating where he is for the purpose of maintaining safety, and familiarity.
