A sad dwarven goodbye
-
The dwarf cleric Vanderkaus entered Norwick deeply wounded and covered in blood. He was seem buying provisions at the market and the inn.
Later, he headed towards the south gate. The usual smily and happy face gaving place to a sad and sorrowfull look.
At the gate, he placed his key on the ground asking Maya to deliver it to a legionaire.
Then, he started casting what he called "my last blessings".
Looking back at the ones gathered there, he simply said "good bye".
A singe tear could be seem rolling down his face. Then, he casted a sanctuary spell to vanish and stormed south, holding his shield and spear. What led the dwarf to it is anyone´s guess.
-
Labur much like Telli adventuring with Vander in the Legion and the Council, immediately runs out past the lake looking for any signs of the dwarf, he is seen coming back to the gates at night and conversing with Telli, after a few days he simply waits at the gates for any news.
-
When Z hears the news, he immediately heads south looking for his apprentice.
-
For the following day or two Telli stands at the gates well into the wee hours of the morn. As soon as it sinks in that this truely is one of her dwarven friends last goodbyes, let alone a legionaire brother, she whispers the strongest blessing she knows to Chauntea. When storms come she stands there as the pitter patter of rain drown out her mournful sighs and mild weeping. Once its apparent Vander's not returning she waddles up to the farmlands to offer a prayer at the altar of Chauntea for a safe return for her dwarven brother in arms.

After Vander left Arlan has decided that he needs to find his friend, After scouring the Rawlinswood he returned disheartened.
Also with Arlan was Locrian, Danika and Targohr. Yngdir also later showed up during the search. After scouring the lake and the hobgobblin areas it was decided they would not find him. Targohr thinks Vander will come back of his own accord.
