Rumors heard throughout Oscura.

Rumor spreads that the Tribunal is considering creating a new official position. Details that keep cropping up are that it involves relations to the surface. Spie? Diplomat? General?

At least a dozen people have been found dead over the past tenday, most in their homes, a few others were found in the backroom at the Shiny Coppers. Rumors of folks literally partying to death run rampant in some circles, while others suspect murder. Regardless of the cause, it has been keeping the Sisters of the Bone quite busy

*Cray really tied one on at the coppers the other night. He was seen sitting infront of the fire, completely fixated for a long time, after smoking a peculiar smelling cigar. Though he also consumed some other things and appeared to be taking notes. During the evening he even preformed a few brief feats; such as lifting up tables and setting them down at ease, another time shuttle running at an inhuman speed back and forth across the bar, finnaly jugling two daggers with dangerous grace. At some point in the wee hours of the morning, he stumbled into the back of the sleeping quarters and slept it off for some time.
If anyone asked what he was doing he simply replied;*
"Magical studies, rather boring stuff actually."

A large group of Peacekeepers was seen departing the city and venturing into the swamp lands, after descending into a smugglers cave for hours they eventually emerged, beaten, bloody and exhausted.

Rumors out of the Grim Bottle are heard in the Banshee and Shiny Coppers of late, apparently Darey Marshby has been seeking folks to bring him in refined Steel and Iron Ingots, rumors are hes paying for them. Reasons for the request are a bit vague, but when has anyone known a wizard to make sense.

_Cray has been Staying within Oscura the past week. He has been seen wandering about the various caverns with a scratch pad in hand. Often Cray is looking run down, but seems in normal spirits.
If anyone glances to the pad, it appears Cray is drawing pictures of the underdark itself. If anyone inquires as to why he hasn't been venturing out to the surface; Cray replies he has business deals to attend to here in Oscura, as well as working on the map of the underdark for the library._

Lacey can be seen entering the Oscuran monastery. When she gets out, she looks exhausted and takes rest at the inn, only to be back at the monastary the next day. Rumor says that maybe she's aiming to become a peacekeeper, or maybe she's just training…

Rumors are whispered throughout the various taverns in Oscura and amongst the guards that two Peacekeepers have been discharged from the service of Oscura.

It is rumoured that Zazamoukh II is eager to get his hands on an enchanted weapon. Apparently, tired of being defenceless against undead, he is willing to pay a good price for such a weapon - particularly a spear.

Duke Istvan Darkhaven, has been seen at the Brawling Bodak a lot as of late, it seems he is planning something spectacular, centered around combative sport and tests of strength. Some rumors have him speaking with slavers and even bringing in Beast Masters, a few cages draped in secrecy have been seen making their way into Oscura as of late. One can only of course speculate on what his intentions are.

Young Sigismund Locke, son of Ferdinand Locke, has been seen spending a good deal of time in Oscura of late, apparently having sworn his oath to the city.
Despite the obvious danger, he spends a good deal of time around the docks, taking a keen interest in the various trading costers operating there.

A dark skinned silver haired elf is seen frequenting the inns of Oscura. He says little and seems content to sit quietly drinking his ale. He does tend to only frequent the busier establishments.

A small group of Zhentarim are seen entering and exiting the Mithril Mug. Word on the street is they had a meeting in regards to something of great importance.

The Shadovar have seemingly dissappeared from Oscura overnight, few traces remain and little explanation is given to the public on their whereabouts. Could they be gone? Or do they simply hide within the shadows?

_A party is seen talking to a mind flayer in the copper's main hall, Magic is sewn and they are whisked away. Soon afterwards, that party is seen leaving the Mithril Mug bearing many treasures.
Later, the Dread Bardess is seen wandering oscura's halls, her fingers dancing across the bridge of her fiddle as a delicate arm works its bow, the shrill notes of the macabre song cry out through the underground vaults, A miasma of sorrow and misery settling in her wake_

*Vladimir, Quelcoth and gibbs it is rumoured hunted down an Osucran traitor to Mintas.
The rumours were confirmed when they returned with the head clutched by Gibbs.
On another note, rumours are that Vladimir has taken to watching the battlements, some say he is looking out for angry surfacers, others say he is simply bored, who knows?*

As her crimson boots click together, the Dirge Bardess begins her dancing steps as she glides gracefully through the underground halls of oscura. Her steps carry her to the coppers gently and she slips in behind another patron as they open the door, her macabre dance ending as the door behind her shuts. Looking out over the patrons, her gaze settles on the netherese and the slightest hint of a smile crosses her lips and she parts her lips to sing gently. the notes cry out through the coppers, her unnatural misama of sorrow ever present as she moves again to some unknown beat in her head, her song seeming to tug at the happieness of any listening, but for once.. there are some who might not find her music unnatural and repulsive, for once, she feels as if she's singing for an audience that is truly listeing.

Rumors spread that Creg Fester and Teresa Kyzanos are now engaged to be wed, after several months of quiate courtship. Few have seen the ring on her finger as of yet.

A large contingent of Shadovar merchants and warriors arrives through the gates of Oscura. They head to the makeshift accomodations granted to them and their merchants prepare to trade goods with Oscuran merchants and inhabitants.

A man suddenly comes crashing through the door of the Oscura's Shiny coppers with sword drawn. He eagerly scans the crowd but appears not to find the man he was looking for. As he sheathes his sword the man turns and leave with the whispering of a curse visible only on his lips
