Inquiry at the Jail

A large man is seen arriving through the gates of town, he proceeds to the local Jail and speaks to the guard on duty.
"I have come seeking information on a prisoner currently believed to be held here in your Jail. He's small, a gnome with pale skin, wearing a black and white robe when he was brought in. He was turned over to your charge a few weeks back. He is an arcanist and responsible for many crimes in Oscura. I have come to inquire about his captivity here, and to request his transfer of custody, so that he might be brought to justice for his crimes. I will be in town for several days, staying at the Dancing Mermaid, you may reach me there or here at your earliest convience."
"I am Marshal." the large man says to the guard before leaving and heading off in the direction of the Mermaid.
