  • I start this record of accounts and activity after leaving the Seminary at Crimmor and travelling to the wild frontiers in the region named Narfell. My plan is to bring trade, business and civilisation to this wild region and shower all with the blessings of Waukeen. I plan to begin by establishing myself in some form of business, possibly a trading company, but any suitable trade-producing business will be pleasing to Waukeen.

    I have identified that goblins, orcs and other bandits are rife in the area and no doubt have been strangling trade. They're constant attacks on Norwick mean that its industries must only truly be food and weapons, there is no market, no bazaar, no central trade-meet. So I will first have to assist in any effort to drive the goblins and other raiders from the region surrounding this town of Norwick and ensure no bandits reside between Norwick and the city of Peltarch. This will be hard labour, but trade will not flourish while it is constantly under attack. I will use the resources and gold I reclaim from the goblinoid raiders to fund the future expansion of trade.

  • A horse, suitable for a gnome or halfling is seen wandering around still carrying a full kit, bit, bridle and saddle. In it's bags are some rations and a single carefully leather bound book with a rose-brass emblem of Waukeen on the front cover. Inside the front cover is says "Record of Activity of Brother Commerz Follower of Waukeen and born in Amn"

    I was recently involved in some kind of obscure abduction. I bumped into a number of people standing just south of Norwick and was drawn into some portal. I since went through to some strange land, clearly not local and possibly not of this physical reality, where we were 'tested' by some acolyte of a Mad God. I survived these 'tests' along with my associates, Old Jeremy Sticks and the tribesman Redmaw. For our success at these tasks we were handsomly rewarded.

    I have undertaken a couple of trips out to clear goblins from the nearby roads. I have also made it to the town of Silver Valley. It is a charming place filled with the shorter races of Faerun. While the clothes are more appropriately cut for the shorter races, they are unfortunately not much lighter and I will stay the clothing that I have.
