A messenger

Seems a messenger in Oscuran colors covered in close fitting leathers has arrived with a message for the Senate. She doesn't seen interested in chatting much, just wanting to deliver her message and begone.

The messenger seems to watch the Herald for a moment then tells him something in a hushed tone.

The City Herald informs the messenger that due to the current elections, the Senate does not currently have quorum. He offers to take the message and hold it until the elections fill the vacant seats. Alternatively he offers to pass the message on to Captain Varid, acting head of the Defenders, who due to Martial Law is in charge of administrating the City until the elections are over.
