Breaths Journal

  • Since my arrival to this city, I haven't had much work. Only a few assasinations and some lesser jobs. I'm glad though that I've done all of them perfectly. I've made a few "friends", till I'm assigned to kill them anyways. The one who pays higher has the power. It's an interesting city, there's potential work everywhere, but I've had to decline some work to spend some time adventuring outside. You can't work in a city without knowing the territory.
Anyhow, I've managed to keep the mouth shout for the moment. That's going well and easy. It'll save me troubles in the future, since people wont be able to recognize my voice, cause they wont have heard it ever. If I'm lucky, I'll get known amongst the nobles soon, Sir Kursk already knows me and treats me well, and he told me he has plans for me in the near future. This is going well.

  • back to his original diary!

Painfull. Really painfull. But it had to be done. Now i just need to find Sir Vladimir…maybe he'll get me new robes that are no rags. Im alive again, and It's time to plot my revenge towards those halfers first of all.

  • That's it. I'm going to do it. Tonight I'll be gone. I'll be free. Sir Vladimir is going to have to compensate me for this. And this town. This town will suffer it's fate as well. * A blood stain in the paper, probably he made it himself as a proof that he's ready for it*

  • Crap. That's what they give here for food. At first you think it's ok, because you are hungry. But being fed everyday with the same crap and in such low quantity is crap.
I have large dosis of patience when it's about my job. But not for this, no. This will end soon, one way or the other.

  • This is quite boring, and further more, it's annoying. I've been over a month here, and It's clear this will continue like this for a long, long time…
Maybe I should 3rd card myself...that would probably be a solution, but that's not the one I'm most fond of...Only time will tell.

  • Today I could not sleep well. Something is disturbing me, but I can't tell quite what…I whish I had here a comfortable bed to sleep at....every day here is one more reason to make Vladimir pay high sumes of money.

  • I'm a very patient person. But this is definetly boring. At least I can train my body by runing and doing exercise inside the cell. As to how to train my brain, well…i try to scheme up new plans and things...is basically all I can do in this prison.

  • A new diary he has to start in prison, probably just a few papers not a book itself

This is the first time I'm in jail. I get free food, is not extremly bad. Though the place starts to feel boring and frankly, it stinks a bit.
I've thought much about Vladimir. I first considered card 3 for him. ((3rd card is how he calls assasinating)), but on a later thought, that brings me not much profit, so I'll charge him an extra when I get out of here…after all, he's the one giving me more jobs to do.

  • Talked with Vlad. I told him what I had found out about our matter. We've got a plan now. And we'll see how it turns out. He said hopefully without killing, however I still have hope that things turn that way. I wonder what's so important about that thing he wants. It must be something really valuable. Mayhaps I should play smart and keep it for me.

  • I've found Grak, and been stalking him. I could gather that the helm he's wearing is no a common one, actually, it's one that isn't made anywhere in this lands, it's something that comes from far away. I'll investigate further into this. Also, since I was already in the city, I bought from him a good pair of gloves that will help me in my all day job.

  • Location of the victim located. Norwick is where I should start looking. I spent a whole day in Norwick, gettting around and learning all the places there, every single store I visited, every corner I noted down in my mind. Now is just matter of time that he shows up and I can start my work.
Today in Oscura I found Vladimir again, he was really beaten up, for what he says, a female drow tried to assesinate him, and she nearly managed if not for some invisiblity potions he was carrying. That makes me wonder…here there's many threats, maybe I should get one of those potions myself.
As Vladimir suggested me, I'll head also to peltarch to visit in the docks that hin of the name of Fenz. He'll have good equipment for me, so Vladimir said.

  • This is starting to pay off. 500 coins for observing and watching patterns of a halfer called Grak. I have to learn and gather all the information possible about a helm in his posesion. Is not the most satisfaying job, but if worst comes to worst I might be lucky and have to kill him as well. That will increase the price and I'll be able to allow myself some comodities.
Sir Vladimir meets a woman in secret to teach her swordplay. For now I will keep that to myself. Of course, in the near future, I can make use of that information to get money, privileges or other things.

  • I've found a nice spot in the coppers, the corner is bright enough for me to get a good posture, and dark enough to cover me if so I whish. This time I had a short trip to the orc plains with a couple of stupid halfers. I practiced my stabbing with some of their mages and it all turned out perfectly. Later on as I was in the coppers some noble entered and I had hopes he'd be looking for me. I really feel I need to feel the pleasure of a well planned and executed assasination again, makes me feel powerfull, makes me feel nice.

  • Today I went into the gnoll woods with a small group. Ferdinand, one of the Kyzahnos brothers, some kind of clumsy warrior which name I can't recall, and a clown who claimed to be a merchant. We had a good and easy time and at the end of the trip the stupid clown casted a spell that put us on our knees. He's so dead, I shot an arrow right between his legs, I bet that will teach him.
