Parchments tacked up by an enterprising bard

An enterprising young bard, known to many as Sierra Juent, begins tacking up neat bits of parchment around the city of Peltarch.
In addition, she can be seen speaking to many of the merchants, handing them a sheet, and speaking in an animated fashion (( Will PM the Peltarch DM with the details of these interactions)).
