The young woman you see before you is not immediately remarkable in any way.
Appearing to be roughly in her late teens or early twenties, she has mousy brown hair, a slim build, and is normally wearing a long black coat with no shine at all to the leather. Despite having a pretty face, she is fairly plain to the point of being unremarkable, except for her eyes, which are perhaps her only "Striking" feature.
They are bright green, and hold what seems to be a burning intelligence and wit, with a hint of a challenge behind them nearly all the time.
Most don't get to see this right away, as she appears to have some shyness issues, but those are fast melting away it seems.
She also speaks with an accent (think Irish), which she appears able to drop at random. Hard to pin down, this one…
