Imagine my surprise when I restored his PC from the vault and discovered he didn't have a C-token.
Tornar ran fight night many times, and was heavily involved in a lot of other things to make it fun for other players.
Count my vote as a yes.

Since Seth started it… and with no c-token on him I imagine he "asked" him...but maybe thats just me presuming too much.

Are we even 100% sure he doesn't have one already and it's just missing? I don't know how we would have missed this guy.
