A Woman conducts a survey, asking random people what they think of the current people in charge of Norwick and if they like the way things are done.
So what's your take on the government here?
What about the poeple incharge what do you think about them?
and the milita, do you like the way they do things?
How could things be improved?

Hmm… from my queries I have devised that the people of Norwick are either too afraid to answer, or just... well uninterested. A shame really...

She does lets the militia know that she will submit a full report of her findings if they want it, to them when it is done. She also points out being followed will mean that answers will be… restricted and unhelpful.
She then heads off to put the same query to the spell weaver keep.

A gold-cloaked dwarf has been ordered to watch this survey-lass and take notes on where she goes and who she speaks to.

She tends to smile pleasantly at people and listens intently to what they have to say, taking notes from time to time. After awhile she starts to seek out answers form the common folk, though still more then happy to get answers from passing adventurers, also those who are citizens or militia or government officials get special attention.

I know not much about the goverment. But I think there's some Militia that are being way to hostile and actually agressive towards people. Incidents of Militia beating down Blind people for talking are known to have happened.

Let this one go. I'm rather curious at what the people think. After we've removed the darkness, killed Corde and returned the light, secured the defenses of both the North and the South, and united the factions of Norwick to work together uniformly to create a flawless society of shared information and economically sound business…
