They begin to preach to anyone who travels the roads, speaking in lilting volumes of the need for justice and vengeance in the face of wrongs and crmes against people. They praise Hoar for showing them the way to mete out said justice and urge people to see the Light and follow Hoar

Shard listens with interest whenever he encounters them on his journeys to and from Peltarch. proclaiming himself a devotee of Hoar and expressing great desire to learn more, he is seen frequently at the gates of the camp asking to speak to preists.
