Gypsy Camp Bans All Norwick Citizens

_Herald D'Cameron, after numerous inquiries, confirms to a delegation of concerned Norwick citizens that:
A. Selene has indeed left us, apparently for good.
B. The Camp has banned all holders of Norwick citizen papers from entering their territory for reasons which defy logic, sense, and history.

Dwin makes his rounds through town, and assures anyone he speaks to that the Gypsies are obviously having "internal issues" which may or may not have caused some of the issues in the pass recently.
As a precaution, we will be checking ALL travellers entering our gates, and possibly refusing some outsiders that are of concern. This is to protect us all. Peltarch's finest soldiers are here to help us check travellers at the gates, and as always, if you see anything odd please let a local Militia man know.
We hope the Romani will be able to sort out their own issues without getting others needlesly involved. For now, its probably a good thing they dont want outsiders in their camp, it sounds like a hostile place to be.

A later update, in the wake of fighting around the tower in the pass:
_"Throwing wild accusations of murder against the well-known General Grag, and the priest of Yondalla Theon… desperate characters I'm sure... the erratic, mercurial gypsies have banned all but their own kind from entering their... encampment.
"Travellers are advised to steer well clear of these... disturbed tamborine-jockeys."_
