A tower in the Pass

_Building begins, supplie are loaded from the Camp and hauled out to one of the tall ridges in the Pass overlooking the Bridge. Stone and mortar, wood and hammers, all are used as the building of a tower begins.
If asked as they work, the Warriors proclaim it theirs, to aid in the protection of travelers ad caravans in the Pass._

The great Tower is nearing completion, and more and more the Warriors are seen carrying supplies in as well as regular patrols in the Pass.
If any one asks, they answer that they are there to keep the travelers along the Pass safe. They'll also politely ask for donations to help pay for the new protections. If turned down, they will all smile and bow elegantly. If a donation is given, the same smile along with a thank you is gifted to the donor.

Celebring is present fairly often, overlooking the construction with his fellow Scouts and Warriors. He seems to take a certain interest in the progress. Apparently shirking other responsibilities in it's favor.
