I'm definitely going to have to put this guy up for a nomination. He's always IC. ALWAYS! I had to let him know there was no reason to be IC in tells even.
His skill with RP is progressing every time I see him in game. Keep an eye on this guy. I think he'd be a welcome addition to the community.

I'll toss my vote in as well, for what it counts. RPs well enough, and clearly knows what is OOC and IC. Worth keeping an eye on.

Guy seems nice enough OOC though. Never see him out of character when it's not appropriate.
