    A Legion runner can be seen going to the council building with a note. The runner asks the Herrald to deliver the message to Just'ene.

    _Miss Just'ene,
    I do not know if you are aware of the current situation reguarding Dwin Dolvak and Thorin Bloodaxe's ghost. The spirits of Thorin and Dwin both seem to be in what looks like floating dwarven armor. Most of the time it speaks with Thorin's voice. However, sometimes it speaks as Dwin.

    I strongly advise that the town guards do not attack nor prevoke this ghost. There were already two inccidents today with this spirit. A Helmite guard shot at the spirit with his crossbow, the spirit attacked back with negative energy and put the guard to the ground. I was there to heal the guard and he is currently okay. The second inccident happened in the Kaxanar Temple. Aelthas Benthur followed him into the temple with his weapons drawn, the spirit felt threatened in his own temple and attacked. One of Jirka's kin told us to get out, which we did.

    I know that Kaxanar Jirka wishes him to be allowed into the Kaxanar Temple, and I think we should respect that since this is a complicated situation. As I said before, I strongly advise the guards do not attack nor prevoke the spirit.

    _Justene mumbles to herself when reading over the letter, first of all for it's contents, and second of all for finding it quite lost between a pile of application forms and citizen records.

    "I will have to ask Mereppi to keep a clear documentation of everything passing to my desk, until the Watch is sorted out…"

    She then proceeds to inquire firstly with the Kaxanar Temple for more clarification on the issue.

    "It's not like we can let a ghost wander around freely around the town if it's a danger to our citizens. Or let it wander around freely at all."

    Finally, she proceeds to instruct the Watchmen to report any sightings of this alleged ghost, and to avoid a confrontation if no harm to the citizens is done.

    "A ghost requires more than just steel to handle anyway. " She narrows an eye to Hanen. "Scythes or not... Keep your eyes open men, report everything you see, but don't confront it lest ye call me first. And remember, walk in the light, men. Dismissed."_
