Rumor spread that Gonnar has died…again...and got raised in the city of Oscura. True or not, the fact is noone has seen him since last week, and noones knows if he'll ever be back.

Once again a great many terrible ogres poured from the well in Jiyyd and were beaten back in a fierce fight.
People wonder aloud what drives the creatures, and there are mumblings of a war between the gnolls and ogres in the icy caves, and rumors of the possibilities that the ogres may have been driven into the caves under Jiyyd in search of a new home.

Oddly, even though it was a child who was attacked, it was Jerr who paid Keira's fine and spent the day sitting outside her cell, until she was released.

When Livestock goes Bad!
A Rogue cow entered the village and terrorized the innocents by the fire. Pawing the ground and charging down a poor and grubby half-elf lad. Keira and the boy chased the cow out of the gates, beating it badly.
Oddly, a different boy that came searching for his cow was savagely beaten by Keira also. Maybe she is just bad. Certainly she was taken off to jail by Dalron for a while after he'd caught up with her.

_Without warning, a score of ogres boiled up out of the Jiyyd well in the afternoon. The quick action of a Legionnaire and of one Raver, of the Gypsy Camp, alerted the town and contained the ogres until help could arrive.
A brief expedition down the well found the gate locked and no new tunnels. Speculation is that the Ogre mage with the attackers opened the gate with magic.
What is causing the ogres to be more active, is unknown._

word spreads amongst the townsfolk of an unrest in the caves around Jiyyd. Talk of horrid creatures with burns about their bodies drifts in and out of the regular talk between commoner and adventurer. There is mention of several horned beasts taking a few hapless adventurers captive and stories of the horrors they wittnessed.
Unsure as to what exactly happened, all that can be readily agreed upon is a certain disturbance upon entering and wandering thru the caves in the area.

Another rescue. A hin girl and Devlin of the Black Sails were taken whilst patrolling the wolfcaves. Some sort of vile horned beast and its friends dragged their unconscious bodies away down a hole.
Elyl, Jonah, Shannon and Keira set out there at the urging of another hin to rescue the girl. All returned, after some tough fighting and the destruction of an altar to unknown powers. There may have been some trial, or disputes since Keira left Jiyyd shortly after, looking preoccupied.

A blurry looking cow ran into Jiyyd, and joined the other cows for a bit before running outside again. No one knows where she went.

Upon hearing the rumours of such existence of the charming man, a particular silver haired one eyed man could be seen looking edgy and had been making sure that no man had been gazing on his wife with the kind that will result to a miserably painful misunderstanding.
"…It better not be Damarcus otherwise, I will most definitely turn him into a castrato."

Those that pass the Sisterhood may notice a great sword, that was for years used to mark the grave of a warrior, is now missing from the western side of the farm. Folks may also notice an old face is once again seen in Jiyyd and the name Talgris seems to be passed from person to person. Though some ladies that remember this.. charming man from years past… instantly go about locking up their maiden daughters, one crimson haired lady in particular seemed absolutely excited to see the warrior.

Some people are talking of two huge bears walking around near the fire. Sniffing all those around for food and even raiding the trash can by the boarshead. Some people even say the bears ate a hin. Some people just frown and say derogatory things about druids, while others note that the bears were exceptionally good at hiding in the grass and walking quietly for their size. They were then seen heading off in the direction of the valley. The other hin must have tasted good…

The Re'cual estate has been locked tight for some tendays now, and there has been no sight of the Blue Bard from the North anywhere in the small town recently.

_Ever since the Health Inspection department sent by BS (Board of Security) to inspect the particular restaurant in Jiyyd known as Rats & Bats due to its prone from getting into a chain of 'incidents', the owners of the restaurant could be seen looking flusterred and annoyed as they attempted to clean up and renovate the restaurant.
It is believed that the Restaurant may not be in an acceptable condition to serve the customers despite the owner's and the people who work in there protests._

Apparently hot on the heels of the robbers of some caravan a pair of sails ventured through Jiyyd, gathering up a small contingent of the resident adventurers to push through to Jiyyd and into a cave nearby. On their return they seem a bit disappointed and a bit worried, having found but a clue of the stolen cargo and with it many more questions.

_A large crowd of adventurers gathered informally near the center of town and discussed the Council and the future of Jiyyd's governing body, including the practicality of having a single leader to make decisions and keep the town moving. The usual names surfaced during the conversation, including Trent, Kara and Grag.
Non-adventuring townfolk seem to take interest in the bits and pieces they learn from Basha, Dalron or Shantie. When they gather in the Whore or pass each other on the road, there is some alarm at the notion some of the adventurers have about the approach of war._

Skeletons and other undead have been seen walking in the caves East of Jiyyd. When they fall, they rise again. The Death Knight's armies are marching.

Sabre, recovering in Jiyyd from her recent bout of gnome-related stabbing and poisoning, happens to overhear the same song. She tries her very best to keep a straight face, but soon breaks down into helpless and merciless laughter. Wheezing and wiping her eyes, she eventually composes herself enough to shout down into the cells:
"Oi Mercy! Ye better get outta there in time fer our house-warmin' party in Oscura. I'm sure Dre'd -love- ta hear this latest ditty o' yers."
