_As the tenday comes to a close, fires and smoke fill the skies above the windy plains as orcs make camp along the length of the orcish fortress. Before long, catapult barrages open up on the walls and the intense internal fighting between the two tribes escalates into an open war. A few attempts to interfere from adventurers are quickly beaten off and then dragged to Jiyyd's gates as a message not to interfere.
Rumours fly later on in the evening that a meeting was held between the orc chieftain and some adventurers from the small town, trying to gauge their intentions.
What was said, noone knows for sure, though the orcs snorted and returned to their conquest of the fortress before them, leaving Jiyyd unmolested.._

Despite a brave atempt of defending the Sisterhood camp from a Hobgoblin attack, Major Kull, Mark, Keira, Nym, a new lad named Daeran and woman (sorry forgot her name :oops: ) had to pull out do to an overwelming invaders force.
The camp was completly over run by an hord of Hobgoblins, although the hobgoblin Champion/Leader was defeated in the bloody battle, the Hobgoblin Shaman prooved to be way to strong for the defenders of the Camp, forcing them to retreat.
Mark, keira, Daeran were sevearly injured after some foul spell casted by the shaman.
Later on, Captain Lilin From the Legion and the cleric of Gond Dentin joined the defending force but was to late, the camp have been already raided.//Thanks to DM Sunshine was a sweet attack

Despite the welcome assistance of the legionnaire, KULL, the Sisterhood camp near the bridge in the Nars Pass was again attacked by many hobgoblins.
The power and skill of the many attackers forced an evacuation but after the sun rose again, members of the Sisterhood were restoring the camp and its supplies to again offer shelter and support to anny that travel the Pass.

_Another attack upon Jiyyd, this time it was ogres. It was defended by two Legionaires who were Grag, Uchi, and Laucian, a druid named Wolf, an old half-orc named Sam, and Daeran.
The ogres first attacked the front gate, until a rumbling shook the town and then the ogres came from the bat cave to the south. There was a struggle within the cave as ogres blew open a gap deep within it. The large gap was sealed shut by the magics of the druid. Grag could be heard commenting, "the druid saved the day?" and then chuckling a bit.
Laucian, however, was dissapointed he didnt get to use his powder keg…_

_A moderately strong orc force attacked Jiyyd's south gate, including numerous orc mages and heavy fortress orcs.
A mixed force of Legionnaires, townsfolk, and passers-by successfully defended against the assault, though not without the loss of one of their number - one Daeran, who was raised after the battle.
Notable among the defenders was Lady Nicahh - who leapt down the cliff face to engage the attackers alone, while supported by archers from the hill overlooking the gate._

Noted warrior and restaurant owner Ms Horbag Hurkink, along with two members of the Black Sails were reportedly attacked by an archer shooting fire arrows near the crossroads. The mystery assailant is said to have shouted "Pheonix Warriors!" before vanishing into thin air.

Two knights in red-lacquered platemail carried in two dead Legionaires, several eyewitnesses report. The knights are said to be of the newly formed Order of Crimson Knights, and the bodies were identified as William and General Lyte. They were taken to the healer's, to which was gathered a small crowd of worried townsfolk over the next few hours. To the collective sigh of relief for the onlookers, General Lyte and William emerged from the building restored to sound health, if a bit weary from the experience.
The knights that carried the two in have been named by several people to have been Kadosh and Daerus. These people claim that the knights chanced upon an exhausted Juster who had dragged -both- Legionaire bodies from the orcish lands before collapsing in a thicket to rest. These people further claim that Juster returned to town a few hours after the knights brought the bodies in and promptly found lodging for a well deserved rest that didn't include brambles, hard-roots, and stones… but who can belief such things?

Re: selling of MW weapons, etc.
It was pointed out [and i agree] that i should give a bit more explanation here since this involves some new players.
There is an OOC rule on Narfell that all items (of worth) sold PC to PC be sold for a DM set minimum price. Crafted goods should be sold for the minimum prices displayed here:
If these are drops from monsters (not crafted) they should be sold somewhere around the prices that are offered in stores throughout narfell.

On a simple ore mining trip to the bat caves in Jiyyd, the troublemaking trio Alexi, Senria, and William, were attacked by rats…...lots and lots of Rats......big big rats......100's of them to be unexact....but luckily the troupe was able to cause them enough trouble to send them back into the crevices of the cave. There seemed to be a really big weasel amongst the enormous rats that seemed to be attacking and eating them....shrugs

An argument began in Common between the druids Fadia and Raisa concerning the Enchantress quickly shifted to Druidic and seemed to grow more and more heated. Some have heard rumors that the druid elders are ready to declare a new archdruid to fill Oreth's absence, and that this may have added fuel to the fire. Others point out that the expectant Raisa may have been taking out a foul mood on Fadia, who has her own reputation for mood swings. The argument ended only when a drunk Lilly stumbled up the tower to see them, and all parties eventually split in different directions.

Kadosh also helped rebuild the crafter union hall after its burning...

_From the hilltop, a lone female figure watches as a group of men clad in crimson gather in the town. She returns inside the temple only when contented that all is remaining at peace.
Early the next morning she can be seen leaving Jiyyd for Peltarch, a trip she's been seen to make by far more regularly than is her habit lately.
The vigilant guards rather quickly make the connection between her silent travels, a rumored visit to one of the better tailors and the Wilting Flower in the city not too long ago, and the slowly rising rumor that she's been making discreet inquiries about a Lord in the city, and quietly grin behind her back._

KULL watches from up the watch tower the Crimson knigts contingent march down the long road and then enter in jyyid.
He Frowns at the sight of them and thinks about what business brings them to Jiyyd.
Although he´s face expression do demonstrate that he´s not happy about what he´s seeing, he says nothing to them, instead writes something in his small note book and remains on top of the watch tower, guarding

_It is said that sudden and unnatural darkness struck the west gate of Jiyyd twice yesterday, centered around a certain stuttering elf.
He was heard to yell and cry as if hearing voices, while those around him tried to discover the source of the darkness.
After the second such occurrence, the elf vanished, and most of those present ran off to Oscura looking for him.
Several minutes later, the elf re-appeared next to the west gate archer's platform in Jiyyd, shaken, but apparently none the worse for wear.
Some say the occurrence was a result of the elf being haunted by the spirit of a lost love.
Others say the unnatural darkness and the elf's apparent insanity can be laid at the feet of emissions resulting from a change in Grag's diet._

It seems two adventurers, a human male and a slightly less male sun elf, returned battered and bruised from the all too familiar rescue the cow quest. After solving a dispute about who the cow really belonged to and whether or not someone or anyone at all tried to steal it, which at moments even escalated to a brawl. Anyhow, the rumor has it that after this was finally settled, someone of the bystanders produced a statue of a most beautiful creature, no less even tinted in the typical coppery color of a sun elf's skin, the shoulder long hair faintly resembling the golden color so often found in that race. Rumor has it the statue even began dancing and according to rumor all people present, male and female alike immediately fell for the charm of the animated statue. But clearly, such cannot be true.

Having spent months now searching in and around Jiyyd and across the Pass for any sign of Draihken with no luck.. she finally hears a rumor about Draihken going in to battle the giant spiders beyond the Camp.
She packs a few things, and heads out into the deeper woods a determined look on her face
